Welcome to Mr Sud's website. My other name is Stephen Parry
and I believe I am one of the UK's most knowledgeable sources
of information on the Alfasud, Alfa Romeo's iconic car from the 1970s and 1980s.

It all began over 30 years ago when my father purchased a new
5M in 1978, registration ECK 789S. Since then I dread to think
how many Suds have passed through my hands!

Although my parts stock has diminished over the last few years I still have a good selection available including a few new genuine Alfa wings and replacement speedo drive units. Some are shown on my ebay site here.

I am always interested in purchasing Alfasuds or sprints. If you have a good quality car for sale please get in touch. It might be just what I want.

I am very happy to provide free expert advice so please give me a call on either of the above numbers or click here to email me with any question you may have. Don't hesitate to contact me. I am committed in keeping the marque alive so I'll be pleased to help in any way I can.

Here are pictures of various 'suds I have owned over the years. Click on the images to enlarge them. Keen observers will see that the middle car is not a 'sud but an interloper, a Fiat 127!! This time warp car is for sale and details can be found here. Don't hang around as it won't be around for long!

Production of the
spanned 18 years from 1971 to 1989.One of Alfa's most successful models, it sold nearly 900,000 between 1972 and 1983 with over 120,000 sprint versions from 1976 and 1989.

Body styles ranged from 2 & 4 door saloons, 3 & 5 door hatchbacks, a 3 door coupe and a 3 door estate.

Engines were all flat 4 and ranged in size from 1.2l to 1.7l.

Built primarily in southern Italy (hence the name) production also took place in South Africa and Malaysia.

One of my other hobbies is collecting model trains.

I have numerous models for sale so if you are interested have a look here
